Minimum viable product

The idea? Build just enough features into a product to sell it and start getting immediate feedback to iterate.
Useful. But! DO NOT start with an MVP.  Prototype first. Build a lo-fi prototype and real prospects to give real feedback on the idea. Lots of people prototype component portions of their product, but it’s time for all of us to start doing this at the product level.
